Eyup Ayaydin is a Project Manager Professional and Civil Engineer, M.Sc. who is bringing 25 years of experience in Project and Construction Management of high rise buildings, hospitality and infrastructure projects. Out of his total experience, He has worked for 8 years in UAE leading prestigious projects as Project Director, Project Manager and Projects Control Manager. He is certified PMP (Project Manager Professional) and attested specialist Civil Engineer in Dubai Municipality.
Having operated at senior level within number of big construction companies, He has attained a wide range and great depth of experience in all Project Management Knowledge areas including integration management, scope management, planning and scheduling management, cost management, quality management, human resources management, communication management, risk management, procurement management for every Project Management process group of initiating, planning, executing, monitoring & controlling and close-out. He is also well experienced in management of multidisciplinary and complex design / construction and site-supervision teams.
Currently he is leading Project Management Teams for various prestigious Hospitality and Residential Projects in New York, Miami, London & Istanbul.
